Good Morning Britain viewers sent birthday wishes to host Adil Ray as he reached 50 years old - but many fans appear to think he looks younger now than ever before

Good Morning Britain's Adil Ray is celebrating his 50th birthday - and fans are shocked.

The ITV host appeared on Friday's episode of GMB (April 26) alongside co-host Charlotte Hawkins. His co-star revealed it was his birthday on the show and he was brought a cake on air.

She also shared snap of them in the studio together on X and wished him a happy birthday - urging fans to come forward and comment on his big day as well. Charlotte captioned the post: "Morning from @GMB & a big Happy Birthday to @adilray Also @DrAmirKhanGP is joining us with news of a potentially gamechanging cancer jab that’s currently being tested.

"And our debate this morning.. is it OK to have a favourite grandchild after one granny admits she does?"

ITV viewers replied to Charlotte's thread and gushed over how good Adil looks for his age. One wrote: "@GMB happy birthday Adil. You don’t look a day over 30 mate. Keep up the good work at making us all laugh."

A second added: "Happy Birthday Adil, wishing you a very special day @adilray What a beautiful looking for 50!!!!! #GMB #AdilRay"
