In their pursuit of Super Eagles striker Ademola Lookman, Chelsea, the two-time UEFA Champions League winners, have teamed up with Manchester United and Bayern Munich.

Tosin Adarabioyo from Fulham was previously signed by the Blues ahead of the 2019–20 season on a free transfer.

In an effort to start a new chapter under Enzo Maresca, they have also reached agreements with Omari Kellyman of Aston Villa, Marc Guiu of Barcelona, and Estêvão Willian of Palmerias.

However, the two-time UEFA Europa League champions are still in the transfer market for attackers and have been linked with Jhon Duran, Crysencio Summerville, Sam Omorodion, and Michael Olise, but the Crystal Palace winger has already agreed terms with Bayern Munich.

According to Italian outlet, Calciomercato, Chelsea are interested in the services of Lookman. The Blues are willing to pay up to €60m for the Nigerian.

However, they face stiff competition from Liverpool, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich for the services of the 26-year-old.

Meanwhile, the Super Eagles winger, Lookman, has emerged as the Atalanta Player of the Season.

The Bergamo-based side had a season to remember both in the continent and domestic scene.

Atalanta qualified for two finals with the Nigerian International playing an active role in the campaign.

He was instrumental to Atalanta winning the UEFA Europa League beating Bayer Leverkusen 3-0 in the final.

The club on Thursday announced Lookman as the Player of the Season for the club.
