An All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant in Ondo State, Dr. Soji Ehinlanwo, has congratulated Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on his victory at the primary election.

He said in a statement that the primary was over, urging other contenders and party members to uphold the interest of the party.

He said: ‘The primary of our party has come and gone. A winner has emerged.  Of course, I ran a robust campaign based on great ideas in the hope of flying the flag of our dear party – the APC and ultimately becoming the governor of our dear state. That hope has not been realised this time.

“Consequently, it is now time to be pragmatic and put aside personal interest and allow myself and my supporters to be guided by the larger interest of our dear party.”
