Italian outlet Il Mattino claims that Chelsea has decided on Victor Osimhen. Victor Osimhen is no longer a player the Blues are interested in signing. Not willing to spend the £109 million needed to get the Napoli striker is Enzo Maresca. Man Utd eye Paulo Dybala

According to reports, Erik Ten Hag is interested in Paulo Dybala and the forward has been identified as a potential transfer target for Manchester United. Italian newspaper Il Messaggero claims the Roma striker is yet to hold talks over a new contract, which would eliminate his £10m release clause.
