He promised the Assembly that the people would help them retrieve any money that had been pilfered, no matter who was responsible. He denounced the “impoverishment” of Kaduna State’s populace, the “economic asphyxiation” of the state, and the “strangulation” of its children’s futures because of “mountains of opaque and fraudulent loans.”
