Barcelona are planning to bring a talented striker at Camp Nou and they are working tirelessly behind the scenes to land Nico Williams during the summer transfer window.

As per the reports of Diario Sport, Catalan giants are leading the charts in the pursuit of Williams. Barca have identified wide-man as a leading target to reinforce the attacking ranks of new manager Hansi Flick.

The 21-year-old is currently part of the Spanish unit in the Euro Championship and his country moved into the semifinals of the competition. He could be the ideal candidate who can join Lamine Yamal and Robert Lewandowski in the front three at Camp Nou.

As per Sport, ‘Behind the scenes, Barça is making progress on negotiations and in permanent contact with La Liga to confirm that Nico is the operation they are pursuing.’
