Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), recently chastised Senator Ireti Kingibe. On social media, former presidential contender Dele Momodu responded to this news.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

The accusation that the people of Abuja were unhappy with Senator Ireti Kingibe’s apparent reluctance to construct schools, healthcare facilities, provide water, and security was made by Minister Nyesom Wike, who lambasted Kingibe. Dele Momodu used to his own Instagram account to respond to this statement and criticize Wike’s comments. He blamed the National Assembly for doing nothing to stop Wike, and he brought attention to the fact that a 56-year-old guy had insulted a 70-year-old senator on national television.

Momodu penned:

The National Assembly has done nothing to call this man’s bluff, thinking that Nigeria now has two presidents…

“Our democratic institutions are thoroughly embarrassed by this!”

Momodu said that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was able to operate impuneously in Rivers State, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), and elsewhere in Nigeria because of the votes supposedly given to him by Nyesom Wike. The fact that Wike has been named “Mr. Project” does not excuse his actions, he said, since it gives the impression that he is better than everyone else.
