The new season is bringing back four of the five regular cast members from the previous season. Furthermore, the new season is introducing a new regular cast member, Go Min-Si.
Go Min-Si is a notable South Korean actress, director, and model. She has joined the show’s second season as a new cast member.
The 29-year-old actress is best known for her pivotal roles in the popular K-dramas Sweet Home, Love Alarm, and Youth of May. She has also been a part of several noteworthy Korean movies, such as Smugglers and The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion. As mentioned above, the well-known South Korean director, model, and actress Go Min-Si is the newest member of the cast of Jinny’s Kitchen season 2. She plays the role of a new intern on the variety show’s second season.
In season 1, viewers saw a star-studded team, including the owner of the restaurant, Lee Seo-Jin; the kitchen head, Park Seo-Joon; and executive Jung Yu-Mi. It also included two celebrity interns – BTS member V, aka Kim Tae-Hyung, and Parasite actor Choi Woo-Shik. All of them are returning for season 2, except V of BTS. The beloved K-pop idol is currently serving in the South Korean military. Thus, actress Go Min-Si is replacing him as a new intern.
