SAIL MT Recruitment 2024: Hiring open for 249 Management Trainee posts, Check details
The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is hiring eligible candidates for the posts of Management Trainee on its official website. The Management Trainee vacancies are available in different Engineering disciplines including Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical and others for SAIL’s Plants/Units and mines across India. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the recruitment drive online for a total of 249 vacancies for the post on or before July 25, 2024.
Note that it is necessary for the candidates to have appeared in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering GATE-2024 exams.

A total of 249 vacancies are to be filled for management trainees posts in different disciplines.
Applicant should have degree with 65 % marks (average of all semesters, irespective of the weightage given to any particular year/semester by the Institute/University) in any of the eight engineering disciplines of Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical and Metallurgy. The candidates need to have a valid GATE 2024.
The upper age limit allocated for candidates as on July 25, 2024 is 28 years.
The selected candidates for Management Trainee (Technical) will be offered basic pay of Rs. 50,000 per month in the pay scale of Rs 50,000-1,60,000/- per month. On successfully completion of training of one year, will get in the scale of pay of Rs 60, 000-Rs 1,80,000.
