You can begin with some standard troubleshooting tips and tricks to fix this error. First, restart your printer or power cycle it by turning off the printer, unplugging the power cords from the main power source, waiting for 60 seconds, and then reconnecting the printer.
Another thing you can do is make sure that you have installed pending firmware updates. To do that, tap on the HP ePrint icon on your printer, click on the Settings menu, and select the right option to install firmware updates.
