Lala Kent shared a look at her unborn baby’s face on her Instagram Story this week as she offered an update on her second pregnancy.

As she neared her September 1 due date, the 33-year-old Vanderpump Rules star, who is already mom to three-year-old daughter Ocean, took to her Instagram Story amid a doctor’s appointment, where she was treated to a 3-D ultrasound.

“Baby S, we can’t wait to welcome you to our family,” she captioned a close-up of baby no. two.

Then, in another post on her Story, Lala was seen getting another test done. And in the caption, she explained that due to complications of her first pregnancy, doctors were taking extra precautions to ensure the health of her baby girl.

“Because of my history when I was pregnant with O, they have me coming into anatomy scans more often than normal. This was my [30-week appointment]. They will check me again, for the final time, in [five] weeks. So far, everything looks good!” she shared.

Days prior, the Pump Rules cast member gave fans a look inside Ocean’s closet and playroom at her new $1.35 million home in The Valley.

“I love being organized. My Virgo soul goes wild over it. However, getting organized overwhelms me so much,” she captioned one pic of Ocean’s closet.

“That’s where [Home on Point] steps in,” she added in a second before offering a look at the “after.”

Lala also posted an image of Ocean’s shoe area, which also featured a couple of framed pictures.

In addition to getting Ocean’s closet organized, Lala also had her playroom straightened up.

“They also turned Ocean’s chaos, I mean playroom, into…” she began with the “before” clip.

“A place I can chill while she plays aka follow her around, clean up after her and not get overwhelmed because EVERYTHING HAS A PLACE … THAT’S LABELED,” she continued, along with the “after clip.”

“Thank you to my girls at [Home on Point] for making this mama very happy, and feel very settled,” she added.

Vanderpump Rules is currently on pause ahead of season 12.
