Teresa Giudice called out Jeff Lewis for trash-talking her on the 15th anniversary special of Watch What Happens Live on Sunday night. But what was she upset about?

After the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 52, and the Flipping Out alum, 54, engaged in quite the awkward moment on Andy Cohen‘s late-night talk show, with Jeff admitting he was “wrong,” Teresa took to her podcast to explain what led them to “[get] into it” backstage before the show.

“They asked him who should go: Me or the other person on my show who’s related to me through my brother. That one. I don’t even like to say her name,” Teresa said on the July 3 episode of Turning the Tables, via Decider, giving a nod to estranged sister-in-law Melissa Gorga, 45, the wife of her brother, Joe Gorga.

“He answered me. He said Teresa,” Teresa continued. “But now he said sorry, he takes that back. So that’s what he was apologizing to me for. He’s like, ‘I shouldn’t have said that.’ I said, ‘Oh, OK. Thank you.’”

After Jeff said, “I was wrong and I apologize,” after saying he’d fire Teresa before he’d fire Melissa, Teresa told listeners she “accepted” the apology.

While Teresa wanted Jeff to share what he said about her and Melissa on the episode, he refused.

“I guess he was put on the spot and he really didn’t want to do that,” she reasoned, adding that he may not have wanted to discuss the matter since Melissa was set to appear on his radio show.

Teresa went on to say that she and her husband made nice with Jeff backstage.

“He’s really lovely. I had a great time. [Luis Ruelas] and I both spoke to him. He was really great to talk to,” she admitted. “We even invited him to our house. We were like, ‘If you’re ever in Jersey, I would love to cook for you.’ So we told him that.”

She even offered to appear on his show.

“I told him I would love to go on his podcast. We could cross-promote each other. I would love to do that,” she shared. “I definitely can’t talk about a lot of stuff right now so maybe when the season’s over, we will do that. And trust me, I want to do it.”
