It’s getting to crunch time in Euro 2024 and here is everything you need to know about Saturday’s quarter-finals as England take on Switzerland.

There are just eight teams remaining in this summer’s incredibly fun Euro 2024 and England will be desperate to make it to the final four.

Standing in Gareth Southgate’s side’s way is an impressive Switzerland who eliminated the holders Italy, last time out.

Whoever emerges victorious will meet the winner of the Netherlands and Turkey in Dortmund on Wednesday.

It’s all on the line as England bid to advance to the semi-finals against a dangerous Switzerland side who have already proven they can not be underestimated.

While England needed extra time to advance past Slovakia and only did so by the skin of their teeth, the Swiss confidently and comfortably knocked out Italy in their last 16 match.

England vs Switzerland will get underway at 5 pm.

The quarter-final will be televised on BBC One with coverage getting underway at 4 pm.

England will be without the suspended Marc Guehi while Luke Shaw remains a huge doubt to play in the tournament after being picked in the squad despite being injured.

John Stones is also carrying a knock but is confident he will be able to start in the heart of defence.

Southgate is reportedly considering changing his formation from 4-2-3-1 to 3-4-2-1 for the match, which could see Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ezri Konsa come into the side with Bukayo Saka at left wing-back.

Switzerland, meanwhile, have a fully fit squad to choose from as the influential Granit Xhaka has recovered from the abductor pain that forced him off against Italy.

How to watch Netherlands vs Turkey

The last of the quarter-finals will be played between the Netherlands and Turkey and it could be a cracker.

The Dutch have been involved in some high-scoring games so far in the tournament and defeated Romania 3-0 in the last round.

Turkey, meanwhile, defeated Austria 2-1 in the pick of the last 16 games in a frantic and dramatic encounter.

Netherlands vs Turkey will kick off at 8 pm.

The high-stakes match-up will be televised live on ITV 1 in the UK, with coverage getting underway at 7 pm.

The Netherlands have no injury or suspension concerns ahead of the match but Turkey have plenty of the latter.

Orkun Kokcu and Ismali Yuksek will both miss the match with suspensions while there are still questions as to whether the goal-scoring hero against Austria, Meih Demiral, will be banned over a gesture he made during the match.
