Pay range is between $23-26 hourly, though they don’t mention if it’s OT after 40 hours. I glanced on the company website, and they seem to be a prominent paving company with multiple locations. They also don’t state what the winter work is like. The winters are likely not as brutal as somewhere like Michigan, the Dakotas, etc., so perhaps their drivers don’t get laid off. And Princeton is in the lower southwest corner with less mountainous terrain than the rest of the state, so maybe this would help?

I know dump truck work is not super common on here, but I’m currently driving a dump truck hauling primarily hauling asphalt, so it stands to reason this company would be eager to hire me. I’d have to relocate, but I’m currently unmarried with no children, and also currently renting, so relocating wouldn’t be quite as difficult as a family man, particularly one who has to sell a house. Eventually I’d want to own a home, and WV has a very low cost of living, so finding a job that pays more than where I currently work in a state that has lower housing prices sounds like a good idea.
