MGM Grand Hotel, Las Vegas

Home to four supersized swimming pools, a lazy river and a handful of hot tubs - there's a bit of something for everyone at this Las Vegas hotel.

The MGM Grand Hotel is also famous for the Wet Republic Pool parties, which take place in a dedicated party pool.

Kitted out with daybeds, cabanas, bars and headlined by big-name DJs like Steve Aoki and Zedd, it's safe to say the hotel has earned its distinction.

Pool parties are held every Thursday to Monday between March and November, starting at 11am and wrapping up around 7pm.

TUI BLUE Atlantic Aeneas Resort, Cyprus

TUI has created and owns the hotel brand TUI Blue, with more than 100 hotels in 20 countries across the world.

One of those is the TUI BLUE Atlantica Aeneas Resort, which pulls out all the stops when it comes to family fun.

There are six swimming pools at the hotel, including one with its very own swim-up bar and another pool that's perfect for toddlers with a pirate-themed, slide-filled splash zone.

The main pool at the hotel is geared up for underwater photography too - even for those holidaymakers who don't have an underwater camera.

This is because the pool has specially-designed port holes where guests can take underwater photos.

Unlike other hotels, the swim-up rooms at the TUI BLUE Atlantica Aeneas Resort are connected to the main pool by a winding river.

And that's not all, the hotel has its own private cove-style beach with white sand and overwater Bali beds.
