Abincin Da Ke Kara Wadatar Ruwan Maniyyi

Akwai nau’ikan abinci da dama, wadanda suke taimaka wa ma’aurata wajen samun wadatacce da kuma ingantaccen maniyyi.

Ko shakka babu, samun wadataccen ruwan maniyyi; shi ne kinshikin jin dadin mu’amalar aure, wanda karancinsa kuma ke haifar da rashin gamsuwa tare da jin dadi a tsakanin ma’aurata.

Wannan dalili ne ya sa muka kawo muku wasu daga cikin sunayen nau’ikan abinci da abin sha, wadanda suke taimakawa wajen kara wannan ruwa na maniyyi ga ma’aurata. Sau tari, wasu da dama daga cikin mu, suna amfani da wadannan abubuwa ba tare da sanin takamaiman amfaninsu ba.

Haka zalika, wadannan abubuwa da za mu zayyano muku, ba irin abubuwan da ake sarrafawa har suke kai wa ga cutarwa ba ne (artificial), abubuwa ne na ‘ya’yan itatuwa wadanda Allah ya hore mana, don yin amfani da su (natural).

Don haka, ga jerin nau’ikan wadannan ‘ya’yan itatuwa; wadanda ya kamata ma’aurata su rika ci ko sha, domin taimaka musu wajen samun ni’ima mai dorewa a zamantakewar aurensu na yau da kullum kamar haka:

– Ayaba

– Mangwaro

– Kankana

– Inibi

– Lemon zaki

– Tuffa

– Gwanda

– Yazawa (cashew)

– Karas

– Gurji (cucumber)

– Tumatir

– Wake

Fatan wake (a sa albasa sosai)
