Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin has called on Russian President Vladimir Putin to start supplying Hezbollah and the Houthis with dangerous weapons, including tactical nuclear weapons.

Dugin argues that the aggressive Israelis and agents of globalization possess such weapons, but their opponents and supporters of a multipolar world do not. He stresses the urgency of acting before Trump assumes office.
