Makinde Government In Oyo Has Failed In Healthcare, Agriculture; It's A Sinking Ship – AAC Party

The AAC Chairman called on Oyo residents to abandon the sinking ship of PDP and embrace the people-centric governance of the AAC to reclaim Oyo State and build a brighter future for all.

The African Action Congress (AAC) has urged the people of Oyo State to reject the dwindling fortunes of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and rally behind its vision of modern, ideologically-driven governance of AAC

In a press statement released on Saturday, Oyo State AAC Chairman, Kayode Babayomi, disclosed that the Governor Seyi Makinde-led administration in the state had failed to deliver meaningful progress, and instead resorted to cosmetic projects and media propaganda.

The statement read, “The Makinde government's lack of impact is evident in sectors like healthcare and agriculture, where superficial projects have failed to improve the lives of Oyo State residents.

“The deforestation of Agodi, grabbing of lands, deplorable road conditions, and poor healthcare infrastructure are testaments to the PDP's mismanagement.

“We call on the people of Oyo State to join the AAC, the only alternative political party that prioritises their needs and interests. As thousands defect from the PDP, we urge everyone to remain focused on taking back our state from a party that only serves the interests of a select few," he said.

The AAC Chairman called on Oyo residents to abandon the sinking ship of PDP and embrace the people-centric governance of the AAC to reclaim Oyo State and build a brighter future for all.
