Marvel Studios is returning to Hall H... twice. A second Hall H panel, dedicated solely to Deadpool & Wolverine, has been announced for San Diego Comic-Con 2024.

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige revealed the exciting news during an interview with Deadline. "I think people know we’re going to be there on Saturday for our traditional Hall H panel with a lot of fun stuff to look at about our upcoming movies. But what I don’t think people know is that we’re also going to be in Hall H on Thursday for the first time ever," he shared. "Marvel Studios is going to be in Hall H twice during Comic-Con. Thursday, of course, is the opening of Deadpool & Wolverine, so we’re going to be doing a fun Deadpool panel in Hall H to commemorate the opening and Shawn [Levy], Hugh [Jackman], Ryan [Reynolds] and I will be there."

SDCC has since confirmed the news, revealing on X that the panel will be titled, "Marvel Studios: The Ultimate Deadpool & Wolverine Celebration of Life." The panel will begin at 6:30 pm in Hall H. With limited seats available, SDCC has launched a giveaway, allowing fans to enter for a chance to attend the panel.

Deadpool & Wolverine Tracking to Break a Major Box Office Record

Deadpool & Wolverine has been red hot since it hit long-range box office tracking last month. Initially predicted to open with between $200 million and $239 million at the domestic box office, the Marvel Cinematic Universe threequel is now on track to gross between $160 million and $165 million domestically during its first weekend (July 26-28). Even if Deadpool & Wolverine opens at the lower end of its more recent projections, it would still break the record for the best R-rated opening that is currently held by 2016's Deadpool ($132.4M).

Plot details remain largely under wraps for Deadpool & Wolverine, although trailers for the MCU movie have revealed that Ryan Reynolds' Merc with a Mouth will be picked up by the Time Variance Authority and tasked with saving the multiverse alongside a Wolverine variant portrayed by Hugh Jackman. The movie is expected to pay homage to the 20th Century Fox-distributed Marvel movies, with multiple legacy actors like Aaron Stanford and Jennifer Garner confirmed to appear.

What Could Be Revealed at Marvel's Other Hall H Panel?

With more than a dozen previously announced MCU projects currently in development or awaiting release, Marvel Studios will have plenty to showcase at SDCC 2024. While Feige has remained tight-lipped as to what they might show off during their Hall H panel, it's likely that the upcoming movies Captain America: Brave New World and Thunderbolts* will be promoted, as well as the forthcoming Disney+ series, Agatha All Along. Ironheart, Wonder Man, and Daredevil: Born Again have all wrapped production, meaning that it's possible that teaser trailers for all three could be screened for those in attendance. Fans have also speculated that Marvel will announce the directors for Avengers 5 and Secret Wars at SDCC.

The Deadpool & Wolverine Hall H panel will take place on Thursday, July 25 at 6:30 pm.
