Xodus Communications Limited, renowned organizers of prestigious industry accolades, have unveiled the nominees for the highly anticipated 2024 Forty Under 40 Awards.

This event, now in its 8th edition and held in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Graphic News Plus, is a significant milestone in the recognition of young business leaders. It will be hosted at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra on September 7th.

The awards celebrate outstanding young business leaders under forty across various sectors, recognized for their significant contributions to Ghana’s growth and sustainability. Over 1700 leaders have been honoured through this platform, showcasing resilience and dedication amidst economic challenges.

During the nominee announcement at their Accra headquarters, Event Director Richard Abbey Junior revealed the 104 finalists selected from 199 entries.

He emphasized the rigorous selection process and expressed heartfelt gratitude to new headline sponsor PayAngel, along with OmniBISC, Maaha Beach Resort, FeDems, Garnet Medica Center, and Kaya for their generous support, which is integral to the success of the awards.

“We are creating a strong platform for the next generation of industry pace-setters, fostering excellence from a young age,” Mr. Abbey remarked. This emphasis on youth empowerment and national development underscores the significant impact of the Forty Under 40 Awards.

The awards have successfully expanded beyond Ghana to the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Kenya and anticipate global recognition with upcoming awards in the United Arab Emirates in 2025.
