JOE Biden once again left viewers baffled with an off-script attempt to insult Donald Trump on Thursday night.

The president, 81, was addressing military families to mark the Fourth of July when he when he made his latest gaffe slipped out.

Every year the president hosts an event for military families, and it mainly includes speeches, music, and a firework display.

Biden came in immediately yelling “Happy Independence Day,” to a crowd of servicemen on the South Lawn of the White House.

While he came in strong, it wasn’t long until the president began fumbling his words.

“By the way, you know I was at that World War I cemetery in France and a – the one that one of our colleagues, a former president, didn’t want to go and be up there,” Biden said in an apparent dig at former president Donald Trump.

“I probably shouldn’t even say that. Anyway,’ he continued, his voice going low.”

After shocking the audience he quickly went back on script and tried to get the energy back up.

“We have to remember who the hell we are. We’re the United States of America, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart, there is nothing beyond our capacity,” he said.

“I’m so damn proud to be your Commander and Chief,” Biden finished as he left with the crowd roaring behind him.

First Lady Jill Biden also gave a touching speech on growing up with a father and grandfather in the military in front of hundreds of service members.

“Service is often about those hard choices—the ones servicemembers make, and the ones their families do too,” she told the crowd.

She went on to not only praise the members of the military but their families as well.

“Today’s fireworks displays and barbeques—these celebrations of our freedoms, our democracy—are only possible because of your service and sacrifice,” Jill said.

“As a military mom, grandmom, and the daughter of a veteran, I want to let you know how much you all mean to me—and to your Commander-in-Chief.”

Biden’s remarks came just hours after he appeared to confuse himself with his vice president, Kamala Harris.

The president stumbled over his words during an interview with Philadelphia’s WURD on Thursday, referring to himself as “the first Black woman(…) to serve with a Black president.”

“By the way, I’m proud to be, as I said, the first vice president, first Black woman… to serve with a Black president,” he said during the chat.

“Proud to be involved of the first Black woman on the Supreme Court. There’s so much that we can do because, look… we’re the United States of America.”

‘JUST MY BRAIN’

Just a day earlier, while speaking to a gathering of Democratic governors, Biden reportedly admitted that he needs to limit his work hours and get more sleep – even if means missing important events.

Habits of former presidents

  • President George W. Bush went to bed at 9 pm each night.
  • President Barack Obama made dinner at 6:30.
  • President George Washington headed off to bed around 9 pm.
  • President John F. Kennedy was known to nap after lunch for up to two hours.
  • President Calvin Coolidge would often sleep up to 11 hours a day, including his two-to-four-hour afternoon naps.
  • President Lyndon B. Johnson got his day started around 7 a.m., and worked until 2 p.m

“President [George W.] Bush went to bed at 9, and President [Barack] Obama made dinner at 6:30,” Biden-Harris campaign spokesman Kevin Munoz said in a statement to the New York Times.

“Normal presidents strike a balance, and so does Joe Biden. Hardly the same rigor as Donald Trump who spends half of his day ranting on Truth Social about plans that would cause a recession and the other half golfing.”

When the president was questioned by Hawaii Governor Josh Green at the meeting on whether his health was causing the schedule change, Biden reportedly joked that the problem was “just my brain.”

He claimed that his extensive travel in the last few weeks caused him to push too hard, which is why he is making the change now.

SLEEPY JOE

Earlier this week, the president blamed his lackluster debate performance on his travels.

The president appeared against his rival, Donald Trump, in what appeared to be a daze.

He struggled to answer questions, spoke in a raspy tone, and was caught freezing and staring off into the distance at multiple points in the special.

When speaking to donors on Tuesday, he revealed that he almost fell asleep on stage.

“I wasn’t very smart,” Biden said while talking to donors at a fundraiser in Virginia.

“I decided to travel around the world a couple of times … shortly before the debate.

“I didn’t listen to my staff … and then I almost fell asleep on stage.”

Biden admitted that within the last few weeks before the debate he was traveling all over the world to places like Italy and Atlanta, before prepping at Camp David.

“It’s not an excuse but an explanation,” Biden said Tuesday.

He apologized but also stressed that it was “critical” for him to win the next election.
