In the viral video, the former governor of Rivers state said he is tired of talking because Nigerians don’t take actions. He said even if some people are lined up and killed, Nigerians won’t still react.
Amaechi said;

“I am tired of speaking because there is nothing I want to say that has not been said. The truth of the matter is that Nigerians

don’t react. If I am lying, line up 10 people tomorrow and kill them, Nigerians won’t react”.

Reacting to the statement, Dr. Moses Paul said the statement made by Amaechi

is a sad one. In the post that he shared on his page, he said it is time for Nigerians to demand more from the leaders.

“In this video, former Governor Amaechi makes a dangerously sad remark. It is a tragic reality that even if 10 Nigerians were lined up and killed, it would likely be met with indifference and inaction.

Unfortunately, this has been the pattern under successive governments, with citizens often dismissing their concerns with a resigned, “Don’t worry, they’ll come and go.” It is time for us to demand more from our leaders and work towards a future where human life is valued and protected
