Kate Middleton and Prince William's three kids have a special nickname for their step-gran, Queen Camilla which is very different from the way they address their other grandparents.

Royal Family members often ditch their formal titles behind closed doors and take on more personal nicknames used by their nearest and dearest.

For example, Meghan Markle has shared that she affectionately calls Prince Harry 'Haz', as revealed in a candid interview with James Corden.

The late Queen was known within her family circle as Lilibet, and a young Prince William amusingly called her 'Gary' because he couldn't pronounce 'grandma'.

The younger royals have their own adorable monikers for their family members too. Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis talk about 'Granny Diana' and call King Charles 'Grandpa Wales', the Mirror reports.

This familial term echoes the Queen's nickname for her grandfather George V, whom she called Grandad England, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Queen Camilla, however, is known by a less conventional name. With five grandchildren of her own and the young royals, including Archie and Lili, she's affectionately called 'Gaga'.

The Sun revealed that during the 2016 Royal Variety Performance, Camilla mentioned to Lady Gaga that her step-grandchildren called her 'GaGa'.

Post-Prince George's birth, the Duchess disclosed to the Daily Mail: "My own grandchildren call me GaGa. I don't know if it's because they think I am! It is funny but is still very sweet."

Prince George had a charming nickname for his great-grandmother, the late Queen, referring to her as "Gan-Gan".

Kate Middleton reminisced in 2016 following Princess Charlotte's arrival: "It's very special having a new little girl...I feel very, very lucky that George has got a little sister.

"The Queen was really thrilled that it was a little girl, and I think as soon as we came back here to Kensington she was one of our first visitors here.

"George is only two-and-a-half and he calls her 'Gan-Gan.' She always leaves a little gift or something in their room when we go and stay and that just shows her love for her family."
