Borussia Dortmund striker Niklas Fullkrug said on Wednesday after scoring his side's 1-0 win over Paris Saint-Germain that team-mate Schlotterbeck gave him "an unbelievable pass" to put the German side ahead in the Champions League semi-finals.

"I'm very proud of the team playing against such a difficult club. We did very well with the ball and on the counter-attack. There were parts of the game where they also had good chances. We did very well. We are very proud. The pass that Schlotterbeck gave me for the goal was incredible," he said on 'Movistar Plus'.

He also stressed that part of the blame for Borussia's success lies with their fans: "We go to the stadium before a game and we're already ahead. This stadium is magical, and so are the fans. We'll see if it's enough, we're in a good position and it's very important for the second game," he said.

"We will have to be patient and defend very well. We'll see how things go and see how our coach tells us we have to play. They are bound to win. If we were tied it would be different. We have an advantage, but anything can happen in the Champions League," he concluded.
