NWC hails emergence of new Lagos APC CAGraM exco
The National Chairman of the Consolidated APC Grassroots Movement (CAGraM), Mr. Salisu Magaji, and members of the National Working Committee (NWC) have congratulated the newly elected executive members of the Lagos State Chapter on their successful election.
In the statement signed by the Acting National Secretary of the group, Keruwole Murisik Abiodun, who was present at the Lagos State Chapter election, it was stated that the NWC is equally proud of the transparent conduct of the state electoral committee under the watch of the trustworthy CAGraM South-West Zonal Executives led by the Vice Chairman, Com. Kolawole Okedara.
The national executives shall always support their progressive initiatives for the advancement of CAGraM in Lagos State politics.
“Let it be known that CAGraM is a consortium of all support groups registered under APC at all levels. It is one unique body nationwide with a common goal to benefit all members. No individual owns CAGraM as it is collectively your duty in line with CAGraM bylaws and rules as may be enacted by CAGraM NWC,” it noted.
Com. Okedara emphasized that the group is about building effective partnerships, collaboration, communication, and critical engagement with all, stressing that doing so is vital to achieving necessary success, productivity, and good performance as a grassroots movement.
He encouraged the state chapter to interface and collaborate with the party in Lagos state, support the government in power, and also join the government in the spirit of the Renewed Hope agenda of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In his acceptance speech, the newly elected State Chairman, Prince Fatai Balogun, said that it was a glorious event and commended the electoral committee for a well-coordinated process, the southwest zonal executives for their wonderful job in supporting the process, and all aspirants that contested in the election. He also commended the leadership of CAGraM for standing on the side of truth, which he said has shown that the chapter has leaders to lean on without fear.
