Recently, Max dropped an official trailer for Kite Man: Hell Yeah!, a spinoff of the acclaimed animated series Harley Quinn. There's a moment in the trailer that reveals Reddick as Lex Luthor remarking, "Who's Kite Man?" This provides a short sneak peek at Reddick's voiceover performance as the iconic DC supervillain. The series, which premieres on July 18, will mark the final small-screen performance from the beloved actor.

Lance Reddick Took Over the Role of Lex Luthor From Giancarlo Esposito

The Lex Luthor character was previously featured in Harley Quinn, but with Giancarlo Esposito voicing the role. Following his passing last year, several films were subsequently released that featured other posthumous appearances from Reddick. That includes The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial, Shirley, and the White Men Can't Jump remake. Reddick died very shortly before the release of John Wick: Chapter 4, and his final live-action performance will be seen in the upcoming spinoff, John Wick Presents: Ballerina, which comes to theaters in 2025.
