Udama Igala Worldwide  has described a group of individuals parading themselves as Critical Kogi East Stakeholders as political jobbers and promoters of evil.

In a statement made by the National Chairman of the Association, Kerimu P., via the National Secretary, Comrade Michael Omakoji Sani, on Friday, they said it is a great setback for some people who have no political influence or standing in Igala land to come out and oppose the prestigious Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), which is diligently probing the former Governor of the State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, who is standing trial for allegedly defrauding the state to the tune of N84 billion while serving as governor.

The group said those involved in this effort have been paid by Bello and Ododo to make noise in the media against the EFCC.

Part of the statement reads: “These individuals masquerading as ‘critical stakeholders of Kogi East’ are people of questionable characters who have no shame in involving themselves in disreputable activities.”

“These are the same people who claimed to support Audu/Faleke for Tinubu, and now that there is a cold war between the late Audu’s son, Muhammed Shaibu, and Hon. James Faleke, they have suddenly changed their name to ‘Critical Kogi East Stakeholder Elders.'”

“Based on reliable information, we can report with authority that Bello and Ododo have brainwashed these individuals, promising them Federal board appointments if they stage their recent outings.”

“We call on the EFCC and all other security agencies to pursue these individuals who are promoting corruption.”

“We equally call on the father of the nation, President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, to ensure that Yahaya Bello, who has been declared wanted by the EFCC, is brought to justice.”
