Fred Omondi was finally laid to rest on Saturday at their village home in Sega, Siaya County. The burial was attended by dignitaries of all caliber from the political class all the way to the comedians and the general public.

The burial was graced by the former Prime Minister, honorable Raila Odinga, Governor James Orengo, Honorable Opiyo Wandayi, Babu Owino, Jalango and former Nandi Hills Member of Parliament, honorable Alfred Keter.

There was also another group that included content creators. Some of them went there not to condole with the family but to look for negative content because they know very well that they do not have genuine content and therefore for them to trend, then they must look for negative news.

The content creators took videos of that village and they did not bother to do any due diligence. Terence Creative called those clout chasers out and told them that whatever they did was a bad thing.

He said that the clout chasers started during the memorial service and someone came with a camera and started recording the body while in the casket without even thinking of the dignity of the deceased Fred Omondi.

Terence Creative also said that people were bereaved and mourning and it was very unfair for those who recorded the whole village and even the latrines claiming that those were the places where Eric Omondi was living.

He also said that those clout chasers were saying that he has not even built their home and yet he is busy building for other people. He said that even if Fred Omondi could have had a 10-bedroomed house, he could have still left them here on earth.

Terence also added that they had a magnitude of people who attended that burial and they had to take some tents to the neighboring homes so that they can set up eating points for all those who went to bury Fred Omondi.

The clout chasers recoreded the whole village even the homes of the neighbours without even their consent in the name of looking for views and likes.
