The 4th Annual PA Conference, held at the Labadi Beach Hotel on June 21, 2024, gathered a diverse group of over 200 Personal, Executive, Business, and Project Assistants from various industries and backgrounds for a transformative session focused on professional growth and leadership.
Under the theme “Thriving in Growth,” this year’s event attracted nearly 200 participants who engaged in a day filled with learning, networking, and sharing experiences.
Since its inception in 2019 by Fivesixfive, the PA Conference has evolved into a premier platform to empower assistants to assume leadership roles, enhance their executive support skills, and achieve career excellence. Over the years, the conference has grown steadily in size and influence, welcoming close to 1000 delegates.
The conference featured a dynamic program with keynote speeches and a panel discussion. Esteemed speakers such as Bernard Avle, Josephine Hutton Mills, Doreen Baffoe, and Charles Wundengba covered essential topics, including self-reflection, emotional intelligence, personal branding, and leveraging tech tools for improved efficiency.
