Cloudphysician, an Indian startup specializing in ICU technology solutions, has recently secured $10.5 million in funding led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Panthera Peak and Elevar Equity. This funding adds to the $4 million raised in a Series A round in 2021, allowing the company to further develop its offerings.

Revolutionizing ICU Technology:
Established in 2017, Cloudphysician introduces RADAR, a smart ICU and emergency department system equipped with four AI-powered assistants for clinical documentation. AIRA, HERA, NETRA, and SWARA streamline processes and enhance efficiency in patient care.

Enhanced Collaboration:
RADAR provides a web and mobile-based platform for both bedside and remote ICU teams, enabling secure communication, video conferencing, and real-time data sharing. Its integration of protocols and workflows facilitates coordinated care and ensures compliance with industry standards.

Empowering Healthcare:
With the fresh funds, Cloudphysician aims to expand its market reach nationally and internationally. In addition to its presence in 230 hospitals in India, the company plans to enter the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The focus is to enhance AI co-pilot features and capture a significant portion of the market across various regions.

Market Growth:
India has seen a surge in automation and remote patient monitoring solutions to address healthcare challenges. Companies like Medanta and Healthnet Global have introduced innovative technologies to provide continuous patient care and leverage AI for improved outcomes. Dozee, a medical device company, has also been proactive in promoting AI solutions for patient monitoring, reflecting the growing trend towards advanced healthcare technologies.
