Job Summary

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Polaris Bank Limited. located in Lagos.
  • The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing appropriate banking solutions.
  • The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for promoting and cross-selling the bank’s products and services, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Good understanding of banking regulations and compliance
  • Ability to analyze and assess clients’ financial needs
  • Previous experience in sales or relationship management roles is a plus
