Rep Jafar sponsors Bill for the establishment of Fed college of nursing and midwifery Maiha

An establishment Bill for the creation of the Federal College of Nursing and Midwifery Maiha may soon see the light of day as it passed its first reading on the floor of the National Assembly.

The House of Representatives (HoR) Lawmaker who is representing Mubi North/Mubi South/Maiha Federal Constituency of Adamawa State, Rt Hon Jafar Abubakar Magaji is posed to bring the dividends of democracy through his purposeful representation.

Jafar is sponsoring the bill in fulfillment of the pact he entered with his constituents while campaigning to represent them in the National Assembly.

Jafar while responding to the bill hopefully enacting, he reiterated his willingness and readiness to pursue it to the logical end of passage into law.

He said the establishment of the institution is one of his templates and blueprint since he was sworn in as the duly elected House of Representatives lawmaker.

He said the Bill and many more in the area of Lawmaking and human impactful programs of empowerment in all facets of Life are his areas of focus.

He reassures his constituents of triple efforts to do much more in making sure they are well represented and his tenure will not leave a vacuum created to feel less represented.

He employed them to give him maximum cooperation by giving him constructive advice and calling his attention to issues of national interest.

He further expressed that he will consult widely and holistically through his colleagues and elsewhere to see to the establishment of the institution that will benefit the entire people of Adamawa and Nigerians at Large.
