Garuba Mumuni and his gang of six kidnapped three women in Ondo, herded them into the bush, and nodded off.

Two of the victims, a pastor’s wife and a member, were in their church when the kidnappers struck. The third was on her farm.

“The victims however escaped from their assailants at different dates,” the state police command said.

Each of the women escaped each time the coke-heads drugged up, and spaced out.

One of them lived around the place because the victims later identified him, and reported to the Ofosu police division.

“Through intelligence on May 1, 2024, five among the six kidnappers were arrested by men of the Ofosu division,” the police said.The women have identified others police nabbed as parts of the gang .
