Summary

  • Cosplayer Inner-Researcher9663 recreated iconic N7 Armor from Mass Effect .
  • The armor is made from foam and features an Omni-Tool on the wrist.
  • This is the cosplayer's first Mass Effect character, showcasing attention to detail.

One cosplayer perfectly captured the iconic N7 Armor from Mass Effect, and it got peoples' attention. Making game-accurate cosplays can be a difficult feat, like this amazing Haslin cosplay from Baldur's Gate 3, but for some the risk is worth the reward when people know exactly what character they are. There are armor sets that are instantly recognizable, and the N7 Armor stands out as one of them. As the games progress, players have the chance to upgrade and customize their appearance, but the classic look is something some fans just can't deny.

Cosplayer Inner-Researcher9663 shared their take on Fem Shepard, mentioning that this picture was her debut of the cosplay. She said that she and her father worked on this together, putting in countless hours to make sure the outfit was just right.

The armor is made using thin foam, and the outfit underneath is a bodysuit with leggings modified with stretchy fabric to give it just the correct look. Together, they created the pattern to make sure it fit just right. They also included the Omni-Tool on her wrist to tie the cosplay perfectly together.

Although this mechanic has historically been part of many RPG games, the next title in the Mass Effect series can improve upon the past.

The Attention To Detail Makes This Fem Shep A Perfect Example Of A Live-Action Version

Earth, and female Commander Shepard from Mass Effect.

Inner-Researcher9663 has cosplayed many characters before, one being a Hunter from Destiny 2, but this is her first time cosplaying a Mass Effect character. Each piece was perfectly crafted by her, making the Fem Shep costume look like it could be exactly what a live-action version of the outfit would look like. She mentioned that she will be showcasing this at a convention later on this year, so hopefully, a more detailed look at the costume will be on the way.

One of the best things about Mass Effect as a whole is how much replayability there is to the game. Throughout each game, the choices the player makes can drastically alter the way Commander Shepard is viewed and what happens in the story. Those who beat Mass Effect: Legendary Edition can choose to restart and try things a different way, and that's what continues to draw players to the game, regardless of how much time has passed. No two playthroughs will be the same, especially if players want to take the Renegade route after playing through the Paragon choices, which is what makes the game so beloved.

There are always ideas about what the perfect ending is for Mass Effect, but each person has their own take on what the best way to play the game is. Regardless of the choices the players make, Commander Shepard is there through them all, good or bad. Seeing this character come to life with such a well-done cosplay is something Mass Effect fans, especially Fem Shep players, will likely enjoy.
