The Enugu State Command has arrested two suspects for stealing a tricycle at Achara Layout.

Spokesperson of the command, DSP Daniel Ndukwe, who disclosed this in a statement on Thursday, July 4, 2024, said the suspects have been arraigned and remanded in custody.

“One Friday Ogbu “m” aged 31 and Onovo Sunday Udochukwu “m” aged 34, arrested by Enugu State Police Command’s Operatives serving in the Enugu Area Command for allegedly stealing a tricycle from where it was parked at Achara Layout, Enugu, in the night hours of June 22, 2024, have been arraigned in the Enugu South Magistrate Court and remanded in the Correctional Custodial Centre,” the statement read.

“The tricycle was recovered upon the arrest of the suspects, while the owner of the tricycle was located and he identified tricycle as his.

“The suspects were arraigned on a two-count charges of conspiracy and stealing.”
