Tamannaah Bhatia rents a commercial property in Mumbai for Rs 19 lakh monthly rent

According to documents acquired by Propstack show, Tamannaah Bhatia is paying a monthly rent of Rs 19 lakh for a commercial property, which is located in Mumbai’s Juhu area. The property is 6,065 sq ft in size and is inside the Western Wind building, Juhu Tara Road.

The commercial property deed was registered on June 27, 2024, and Bhatia paid a security deposit of Rs 72 lakh alongside a stamp duty of Rs 2.9 lakh. The monthly rent will escalate to Rs 20.16 lakh from the fourth year onwards, and Rs 20.96 lakh from the fifth year, according to Moneycontrol.

The properties sprawl across 2,595 sq ft total area, and are located in Lokhandwala, Andheri West. The date of the mortgage is May 30, 2024, while Bhatia paid a stamp duty of Rs 4.7 lakh.
