Former Kogi governor Yahaya Bello has been placed on a watchlist in Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria by INTERPOL at the request of the EFCC. Bello faces charges of money laundering, breach of trust, and misappropriation of N80.2 billion. He failed to appear in court multiple times and is believed to be hiding in the Kogi State Government House.
