Leading provider of safety solutions and security risk management, Halogen Group, reports that it has been chosen as Nigeria’s Most Outstanding Security Company for 2024.

The Outstanding Security Performance Awards, a famous international organisation that honours achievement in security management every year, made the news, according to a statement from the organisation. Its head office in the United Kingdom made the announcement.

The OSPAs honour the best security firms in North America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and Africa as seen on the digital news platforms.

The statement holds: “Halogen Group not only won the Outstanding Contract Security Company of the Year but also secured the highest number of OSPAs trophies for 2024. This includes the Outstanding Security Training Initiative award for the national impact of its training and capacity development hub, Academy Halogen.”

The CEO of Halogen Group, Wale Olaoye, was inducted into the recently established Global Hall of Fame for security leaders in addition to receiving the OSPAs Lifetime Achievement Award, the statement added.

With this year’s achievement, Halogen has won the OSPAs for five years running.

In response to the news, Dr. Biodun Shobanjo, the founder and chairman of Halogen, thanked the company’s customers for their ongoing faith and complimented the team and management for advancing the company’s mission.

Showunmi promised that Halogen Group will continue to lead innovation in innovation by utilising fresh perspectives to enable sustainable security in a post-digital, artificial intelligence (AI) driven environment, in keeping with its DNA and culture.
