If you sending your letter or application via an email address, then the subject can be any of the following:
Request to become your distributor (you can mention the name of the product such as Request to become Dangote Cement distributor)
Distributor Request by (insert your company name) e.g Dangote Distributor Request By Bizmax Investment

It is possible to even make your letter shorter than my own, by keeping to the following rules:
- make the letter shorter
- don’t forget to request the wholesale price, the price you read online might have changed.
- request for minimum quantities. As for Dangote Cement, the minimum order is 600 bags, which is a trailer.
if the product isn’t within your country of residence, you may provide letters of credit reference upon request - if you do not receive a response, you can call or visit one of the depots (if it’s convenient for you).
