Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji has left his fans and followers anticipating as he teased an upcoming project with award-winning singer D’banj.

Taking to his Instagram page to share photos of him with the singer, he revealed that he had been outside with the Koko Master, a nickname for D’banj. He told his fans that something was brewing between them, and it would be hot.

Lateef Adedimeji teases project with D'banj

In May, Lateef Adedimeji, in a recent interview, reflected on his early career days where he was collecting N4,000 for a lead role and shared tue important advice his father gave him.

This isn’t the first time Lateef is opening up on his poor pay during his early days. Recall that while counting down to his birthday last year, Adedimeji revealed that he was once paid N5000 for a lead role. He recounted how he was just a helpless young boy who does his things and made people laugh unintentionally, which led to open doors for him.

Lateef has no doubt come so far in his career and now, the actor is getting recognition for his talent. He was recently nominated for AMVCA 10th edition Best Actor in a lead role, unfortunately, he lost to Wole Ojo.

Prior to that, he had received an award for his role in Femi Adebayo’s movie, Jagun Jagun. He expressed how honored he was to be on stage alongside the gods of Nollywood as he vowed to never forget the moment.
