In his tell-all book Spare, Harry recounts the chilling conversation with his late grandmother, where she broke the news: "Harry... grandfather has passed away."

Following Prince Philip's passing, Harry honoured him with a moving statement, praising him as the "legend of banter" and saying: "He was authentically himself, with a seriously sharp wit, and could hold the attention of any room due to his charm and also because you never knew what he might say next."

Prince Harry was seen in a sombre mood as he walked behind his grandfather's coffin during the procession to St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.

The funeral brought together Harry and William, yet their cousin Peter Phillips stood between them as they marched, sparking widespread speculation.

However, Buckingham Palace was quick to dismiss any notion of family tension, stating it was simply "a practical change rather than sending a signal."

"A spokesperson from the Palace said: "This is a funeral and we are not going to be drawn into perceptions of drama. The arrangements have been agreed and represent Her Majesty's wishes."
