A community leader and prominent member of Ika South Peoples Democratic Party, Mr. Williams Eghebi, has urged electorate in the area to vote for all candidates of the party in the forth coming council election.

Mr. Eghebi, made the call on Wednesday at Ekuku -Agbor, during the grand finale of party’s campaign rally which held at Omie Primary School.

He said he was optimistic that PDP will emerge victorious going by the efforts and commitment of members in communicating the agenda of the party to the voters.

He noted that the party was able to put its acts together through the mandate given to a chairmanship candidate that is acceptable to almost all party members, which he observed had given the party the leverage above other parties in the area.

He maintained that, “having Engr. Jerry Ehiwarior, as our party flag bearer is a welcome development. He is a young man that has shown capacity, and he is loved by majority of the people. His candidature is a big plus, which has enhanced our party’s chances in the coming council polls.”

Continuing, the head of the campaign media team said the additional impetus that will ensure landslide victory of the party is the immediate bridge the chairmanship candidate built with other aspirants as soon as he emerged.
