Serie A side Bologna could witness the exit of key players this summer but it seems as if they are considering a move for German defender Mats Hummels.

The ex-Borussia Dortmund man has been linked with Roma in recent weeks too and Sky Italia have reported that the Giallorossi aren’t the only club looking at Hummels. Bologna are also interested and they are considering whether to make a move for him or not.

The Rossoblu will play in the Champions League next season and they believe that Hummels can add the vital Champions League experience that their squad needs. He is also appreciated for his technical abilities, which were also on show last season in the Champions League for the German giants.

Roma were said to have made contact for the player and had spoken to his entourage and his wage demands seemed very much affordable. But it doesn’t seem as if the move has progressed, so far.
