Reverend Ransford Obeng, General Overseer of Calvary Charismatic Center (CCC)

The General Overseer of the Calvary Charismatic Center (CCC), Reverend Ransford Obeng says Christian Leaders and Reverend Ministers should stay truthful at all times.

Addressing a leadership conference on Church Planting at the church’s headquarters on Saturday, Reverend Obeng said Christian leaders must commend governments when they do well.

Similarly, he noted that Preachers should be bold to tell government leaders that they are going contrary to what they promised the people when they falter or fail.

“We are the mirror of society and so when things are not going well we should say it to the faces of government leaders and to commend them when they do well because ours is to stay truthful”, the CCC leader stated.

Economic Conditions:

The CCC leader said the present economic conditions were very bad.

This, he noted has made life unbearable for most people with prices of items rising on the markets each day.

Solutions, he noted should be found to the high cost of living so that life can be a lot better for people in the country. 

Reverend Obeng stated that as a Pastor he sees the economy on the face of the offerings CCC receives from its members. 

“Currently i am able to predict the economy because i buy things from the market and i also see the difficulties my members are going through and i can adequately and appropriately say things are hard in Ghana”, the CCC General Overseer stressed. 

Other Ministers:

Speaking to Church leaders and church workers, Pastor Jerry W David, Senior Pastor at Victory Family Centre, USA, said sometimes God repeats himself to Christians so that he can get his messages to them firmly.

He noted that God’s desire is to fulfil all his promises to Christians when they stay on course and walk according to his purpose.

Pastor Jeremy M. Seaward from Singapore encouraged Christians to stay hopeful since God was in charge of all proper breakthroughs in life.

He noted that breakthroughs are decided by God in heaven before it happens on earth . 

He also stated that breakthroughs start when we believe God can, adding that breakthroughs change the story of persons and nations.
