For two weeks now, Kenyans have been protesting against the government calling on the head of state to act or vacate the office.

On July 25, youths stormed parliament which is a highly protected ares after members passed finance bill despite public out cry.

In what was termed as a coordinated attack from goons by the government.

Youths took over the building forcing members of Parliament to run and hide underground for fear of being attacked.

The breech of Parliament security forced president William Ruto to issue a statement, vowing to deal with goons and criminals who aided the whole thing.

However, few hours after his firm address to the nation. He refused to sign the bill to law sending it back to parliament.

His move was lauded by Kenyans who were relived by high taxation which was expected to come with bill being ascended to.

Ghanaian member of Parliament is heard asking his colleagues not to pass a bill that will have ripple effect like what is happening in Kenya.

” Mr speaker sir. I want us to be careful not to pass a bill that will force Youths to storm this parliament and attack as just like what is happening in Kenya” said MP
