The final day of the Round of 16 at Euro 2024 takes place today, with the Netherlands taking and Romania and Austria playing Turkey.

1. Memphis Depay to score against Romania (Tue, 5pm)

The former Manchester United forward looked to have secured the Netherlands top spot in Group D when he scored a spectacular volley against Austria with fifteen minutes of the group stage remaining.

However the Dutch equalised five minutes later, which meant they only qualified for the knockout stage in third place, so they'll consider themselves fortunate to have Romania as their Round of 16 opponents, on paper the weakest of the group stage winners.

The 30-year-old has in impressive international record for his country, scoring 46 goals in 95 caps, which leaves him second in Netherlands' all-time goal scoring charts, only four behind Robin van Persie.

2. Marcel Sabitzer to score against Turkey (Tue, 8pm)

Marcel Sabitzer's goal against the Netherlands in the 80th minute of their final Group D match secured the Austrians an unlikely finish at the top of the group ahead of both France and Dutch, securing them a much more favourable route to the latter stages of the tournament.

The Austria captain is his nation's second highest goal scorer in the squad currently, only behind veteran 35-year-old Marko Arnautovic, while the former Manchester United midfielder is also their joint-top goal scorer in Euro 2024 so far.
