Inmobiliaria Colonial has announced updates to its Board of Directors and Executive Committee, including the appointment of Ms. Ana Bolado Valle and Mr. Felipe Matías Caviedes to the Executive Committee, and Ms. Ana Peralta Moreno and Ms. Elena Salgado Méndez to the Appointments and Remuneration Committee. Additionally, Ms. Miriam González-Amézqueta has been appointed as the new Chairwoman of the Audit and Control Committee, succeeding Ms. Ana Peralta Moreno after four years in the role.
