- 1 glass – must be completely transparent
- Vinegar
- Coarse salt
- Water
Preparation:
Add some coarse salt, some vinegar and some water to the glass. Place the glass in the places where you spend the most time at home. Leave the glass for 24 hours. After a while, check how the salt behaves,
if the water level has risen or if the water has completely drained away. After 24 hours, rinse the glass well, and repeat the operation every time you think you need an improvement in your energy level.
