Milwaukee police say the 43-year-old was shot and killed on Wednesday night.

Milwaukee police are investigating a deadly shooting late Wednesday night on the city's north side.It happed around 11 p.m. at 7th and Abert streets, just east of I-43 near Capitol Drive.When police arrived they a 43-year old dead in the street.According to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office, the victim is a man. Police have not released a motive for the shooting and they have not made any arrests.
