The Premier League has officially released its fixtures for the forthcoming 2024/2025 season, with some intriguing matchups slated for match week one.
Mohammed Kudus' West Ham United will begin their campaign at home when they host Aston Villa at the London Stadium.
Meanwhile, Fatawu Issahaku, who completed a permanent move to Leicester City after a successful loan spell, is expected to make his Premier League debut in an away fixture when the Foxes face Tottenham Hotspurs on the opening weekend.
Other Black Stars players involved in the opening week include Thomas Partey whose Arsenal will host Wolves; Antoine Semenyo whose Bournemouth visit Nottingham Forest; Kamaldeen Sulemana whose Southampton visit Newcastle; Tariq Lamptey and Osman Ibrahim Brighton and Hove Albion which visit Everton; and Jordan Ayew and Jeffrey Schlupp whose Crystal Palace visit Brentford.
The 2024/2025 Premier League season will kick off at Old Trafford as Manchester United are scheduled to square off with Fulham on Friday, August 16, 2024, for the very first game.
